Tabata Protocol

A max-intensity interval training clas that gets your body to burn fat for 24 hours after an 8 mintue workout! Clases vary with a comprhensive warm-up, Tabata Protocol, and an extensive cool-down. Levels 1 and 2 vary in complexity and cater to all fitness levels in 30 minutes.


Tabata Protocol  LEVEL TWO – will only be on Thursday (5:20pm – 6:10pm) all other classes will be level 1
